Roof Inspections
A roof inspection should give you clarity, not pressure. At Ranger Roofing, our inspections are built around honest information, clear documentation, and practical recommendations. Whether you are concerned about storm damage, a leak, aging shingles, poor ventilation, or the overall condition of your roof, we take the time to carefully review what is happening and explain your options in a straightforward way.
We do not believe in using fear to manipulate customers into unnecessary work. Our goal is to help you understand the condition of your roof, what issues may need attention, and whether a repair, maintenance plan, insurance claim, or replacement makes the most sense for your situation.
What Happens During a Roof Inspection?
During the inspection, Ranger Roofing documents the condition of the full roofing system, including shingles, flashing, pipe boots, vents, valleys, ridge, gutters, drip edge, penetrations, and visible areas of concern. When needed, we can also use a drone to safely inspect steep, tall, or difficult-to-access areas.
We provide photo documentation of roof overviews, problem areas, storm damage when present, wear and tear, and other details that may affect roof performance. This helps you see what we are seeing and gives you a clear record of the roof’s condition.
Clear Report of Findings
After the inspection, we provide a clear report of our findings. We explain what we found, what it means, and what your options are moving forward.
If your roof only needs a simple repair, we will tell you. If the issue is more serious, we will explain why and walk you through the next steps.
